I'd heard a lot about market research.
But have to confess, hadn't particularly done anything about it.
So I thought OK, I'll start somewhere and 'research' my housemate.
Downstairs I went.
And asked him:
"Nathan, what would make you buy a ridiculously old self-improvement book?"
And do you know what his answer was?
"If someone had read it and then made a million pounds from it!"
And, as I'm sure you know now, that's what happened with the case of Frank Hornby.
And I'm sure that hundreds more millionaires have been inspired by this book and its contents.
So, after my first foray into market research...
I decided that that was good enough for me, and carried on with the website!
